500% profit in 2 days on PCLN and Big Gains on BIDU

Look at my post from Monday the 13th. Look at the prices from then to today and you will see gains of 500% in 2 days. PCLN Dec $390 cost me $.40 on Monday and bought more at $.70 and later traded as high as $2.20 on Wednesday -Yesterday. Bidu puts have been cheap until now. The $100 strike was as low as $.13 and finished the day at $1.64. When I sold my 107 for $2.9 (too early again) and went shopping for the out of the money puts, I bought the $100 for $.90. Well, the $107 finished the day at $6.90 and the $100 at $1.64. With Bidu breaking below $100 and PCLN breaking below $400, I think there is still a long way to go down. I will wait for the market to make it’s move and then respond.

Amazon Ready to Rollover

AMZN may be one of the best stocks to short. At $174 a share this stock could drop 20-50 points fast in the near future in my opinion. Buy Dec $160 (.15),  $165 (.30), $170 (.90), $175 (2.75) and Jan $125 Puts for 21 cents .

Dow Up – PCLN and NFLX Down

If PCLN drops below $410, the next level it could drop to is $370 and then a big drop to $275. Keep your eyes on this one. I like the Dec $390 at $.40 and $400 puts at $1.05 and then Jan $340 at $1.55.

NFLX added to S&P 500

Poor S&P. News of Netflix being added to the S&P boosted NFLX up 10 points after hours last night and with that gift, I bought another Dec 200 put for only $6.50.

NFLX Bounces. Time to buy more puts.

You could not ask for more from netflix stock. NFLX is back up to $192 today. puts are not cheap anymore. Best strategy when it bounces like this is to buy in the money puts. Just bought a Dec 200 put for 10.55. Now that’s a good deal.
